This type of behavior is irresponsible & hurts businesses and consumers. I am thankful for the professionalism of PG&E's rank & file workers, but the management culture has to be transformed. It is past time for CA to look at a new governance structure for its public utilities.

Congressman, can you summon the previous executives of PG&E? Review their compensation received over the years and possibly seize funds and assets to pay for rebuilding of said neglected infrastructure?
