        Strategically placed events, I would say. Meadow Homes Elementary where the majority of students are undocumented immigrants and here illegally - and ALWAYS using the CC County mobile medical RV for FREE health care. Do the kids in Martinez schools get that? Or Pleasant Hill? No.
