The Mueller Investigation established that the Russians DID interfere in our election and had a vested interest in having Trump elected. Trump’s adulation of Putin while lambasting fellow statesmen and failure to protect the 2020 election from more interference IS collusion.

We’re finding out Russians hacked voting machines in two Florida counties among others and he himself Freudian slipped that the Russians helped him get elected. So I’d say “duly elected” is a stretch.
