Respectfully I ask "are you kidding?" Have you ridden Bart? A new train is not going to improve safety, cleanliness, people shooting up, urinating, or leaving needles in the seats. I appreciate the thought tho. Having some AC might have stopped people passing out this week.
Hundreds of millions commuters? Pretty sure you meant thousands. Bart needs safety protocols much more than new cars. I cannot list the numbers of fistfights, thefts, drug usage, urine, and vomit I have witnessed on Bart. Also, no response from you on CBP issues I’ve asked for.
