But I thought sanctuary cities welcome all migrants. They say so all the time. They have services set up for them.They won't give them up to ICE, even when a crime is committed.

The intent of sanctuary policies are so that persons without legal status in our country won’t be afraid to go to school, go to the hospital or come forward to police if they have knowledge of a crime.
