Today @BetsyDeVosEd said that the @USEdGov had implemented all those recommendations. This is a screenshot from @USGAO taken about 45 minutes ago. "Open" means "not implemented." So either @USGAO is wrong or @BetsyDeVosEd is.pic.twitter.com/DQH6XDsMIG
