Remind me... did @POTUS44 ever take government workers/fed contractors/small businesses hostage during a gov shutdown, in order to get Obamacare passed?
Did he ever declare a national emergency because republicans refused to allow ACA funding in a CR to end a shutdown?
Since @HouseDemocrats have taken control of the House, we have given Republicans 11 opportunities to reopen the government. It’s time for the Senate to pass one of our many House-passed bills and #EndTheShutdown before 800,000 federal workers miss a second paycheck this Friday!
