Early this morning Mayor Andy Fox said: “The reality is these kinds of incidents can happen really at any time, at any place, even in communities that are considered extremely safe.” This is not normal.

Repeated failure to act in the wake of these shootings has allowed more to take place. Congress must come together and take action to protect our communities and save lives.

It is sad for those who lost their lives in this tragedy. I can not imagine what their families are going through. Prayers go out to those affected. But let's not make this a gun issue. No AR15. It was a glock which is s a handgun.

...and got these guns legitimately. None of your “laws” stopped him. Why are we blaming access to guns in this case??? Why aren’t we asking WHY he did this. What signs did he show? When did they start? How can we vet and catch people like this instead of punishing all gun owners?
