By forcing the inclusion of the debt limit suspension in the CR, the Majority has yet again refused to develop a bipartisan bill that both sides of the aisle could support in order to prevent a costly government shutdown. #CA21

The Majority caved to their progressive caucus & stripped funding from the CR for repairs on Israel’s Iron Dome, the system that was critical in helping Israel defend against terrorist group Hamas. I did not support this bill. #CA21

Of all the things for the Majority to cut, it is appalling for them to strip out funding for a defense system that solely exists to stop rockets from killing innocent lives in one of our greatest allies. I stand with Israel. #CA21

Your party wouldn't support anything that Democrats passed because they are only focused on being obstructionist. Republicans don't negotiate in good faith, they just engage in delay and stalling tactics... so there's no point in making efforts at bipartisanship.
