This should of been taken care of 2 years ago while the Republican party controlled all 3 houses! The Senate use to need just 51 votes to pass legislation and a 2/3rds majority to override a veto. When did it get changed to 60 votes? This is ludicrous!!! Time to drain the SWAMP!
