Didn’t you hear? Arizona doesn’t like the federal “guvment” telling them what to do. No sir-eee-bob! Cant have that! Our legislature refused to have us adopt the new license requirements thereby necessitating all AZ citizens to purchase a pricey passport. Your AZ leg at work!

I went to get the new license. They need to make the requirements clearer so the citizen can get the correct documentation to the DMV the first time.
