If you are discussing blockchain in Congress it is reasonable to discuss what the technology can do. If you are discussing Libra then you HAVE to discuss the business practices of Facebook. The implementation of any technology is dependent on business practices.
When discussing @Libra in Congress, we have seen Members conflating their disdain for @facebook with the new technology. Let’s respect the technology for what it can do, and worry about the business practices separately.
