Texas is one of the worst when it comes to testing, what a weird thing to do a photo op/brag about.

Texas is still 48th in per capita COVID-19 testing. It has not changed since April 1st. Your definition of progress is different from most.

That is a good question, one that can be easily answered. The people that test positive should go into quarantine until they test negative per standard CDC guidelines. Being asymptomatic still means you can spread it, since the virus is still in your lungs.

What good does testing do? You could text negative today, be exposed to the virus tomorrow, and get infected. I don't get it.
