I’m sure COVID19 is worried sick...wait NOT. We’re 3 months in and Texas hasn’t started testing aggressively. Friends our neighbors in La who got sick 2 weeks ago are dying now. The Governor put trump ahead of Texans or he would have been kicking & screaming for weeks 4 tests
