Unemployment isn’t going to help in three months when huge corporations that employ millions and amount to a large helping of our exports are cratered. Bailing out corps is distasteful but necessary. Hundreds of small businesses rely on them as well for trade.

Dude, start with bills that do one thing at a time. One bill that only has cash to individuals for the duration. Loudly refuse to add anything to it. Let them try to vote against that. Deal with the next thing next.

Absolutely! Im not sure why we have to tie cruise line bailouts, 60 billion to Boeing and a $500 billion slush fund all in one go. Help people. Help hospitals. Help first responders. Then maybe later we can get to Princess Cruise Lines.

Why not just make the Phase 3 Bill for $500 Billion for the individual checks to the American people and then figure out a Phase 4 for Corporations later?

GOP voted to cut Pandemic preparedness funding. Trump knew the severity of COVID-19 back in early Jan and chose to call it a Democratic Hoax. We shouldn't need a bailout at all, and yet here we are... $500B for corporate bailout is not about working Americans
