I don’t understand these articles when I can look on the cdc site and compare fiscal year 19 to 20 presidents budget request and the 2020 request is a billion dollars higher than it was in 2019.

So Trump tried to cut CDC funding, but was unsuccessful. Now let’s praise him and his inability to do something that would’ve absolutely hurt us in this looming crisis. Trump’s lack of success in trying to hurt this country is now being spun as one of his accomplishments.
