Just received a bill from the last treatment center my family member was in. $105,000. Lab work. Only lab work. Charging 2300 for bloodwork several times per week. That seem normal to you? Who could possibly pay for that?

I second that motion! I don't have cancer, but I have a couple of chronic pain conditions, so I'm in pain every day. I, like most pain patients put off taking that pill as long as possible but sooner or later the pain will become intolerable and I must have relief from it! HELP!

Legalize marijuana. Studies have shown marijuana is one of the few substances that can be an alternative to opioids and helps people get off of opiates. It’s time to do what’s best for the people and legalize it.

While mmj may help some patient's pain, it doesn't help all. Some pain only opioids will relieve. All options including mmj need to be available. As it is now,

At the same time...quit letting such tremendous pressure be put on VA doctors that they're scared to RX it. We can fight the opiate crisis w/o hurting those in need (many of them vets) - from my VA hospital room

I'm so sorry you've been affected by this
#PainCareCrisis that was created by#OpioidHysteria. The VA was the first to start tapering & limiting opioids. Civilian#ChronicPain patients came next. Now cancer, post op & even some hospice patients are being denied proper pain care.
