Respectfully Dan, industries develop this technology on our own. We don't need our tax dollars to do it. The government has done enough harm by using tax dollars to employ people to demand these things of industry. They don't need to use even more to do what industry does.

WE already have devices to capture CO2 … plants, trees & grasses all use it to live, & in turn, they produce O2 for the rest of us to breathe.
