I'm a supporter of Rep Crenshaw, but what we as pharmacists are talking about is why should pharma companies have to pay kickbacks to PBMs. Take away that expense away and prices should come down. But they seem to be in bed with each other. Why?

Plus, if you want to talk about sham negotiations look at PBM contracts with pharmacies. It's "sign it or lose your customers". No negotiation. No changes. Do it or else. And why aren't you talking to Rep Buddy Carter (R-GA). He's a druggist.

I like seeing this type of stream I would however like to see opposing views (in laymen terms) so everyone can see both sides and understand the fundamental differances and figure out who is and who is not looking out for them/us. The end-state would be at the polls.

While this is seems like a good idea- drug companies will start to contract and pursue fewer innovations if they can’t recoup their research and clinical investments.
