I think it is a bit of both. Legislation will help move things along but we have to get companies to see the potential profitability a new, cleaner power infrastructure can provide them.

If the politicians of any political party would get off the power trips and actually work for the American people, then maybe something just might get done for the better. Seems only the President is doing something with NO help from ANY politician.
