It will make for a bigger tax burden on everyone, but on the other hand it will free up the premiums people pay today for their healthcare. So in reality, at the end of the day for most people it might come out pretty much the same? It is also much more fair to everyone.

Who can't follow this? A tax on employers is passed on to workers and consumers. A payroll tax is specific to workers.

Oh right! I forgot every employer in the socislist mindset is a millionaire/billionaire not hard working middle class people helping to provide jobs. Many businesses fail because of outrageous taxation as it is now. This is sure to help it happen faster.
