No. Necessity is the mother of invention. Innovation happens BECAUSE of constraints such as those imposed by regulation. We'll have a clean, livable planet AND innovation if you can build policy bold enough to support it. Or... we'll keep wiping out species like the koala.

Rep Crenshaw Please explain why there is no permanent location for spent nuclear fuel and why it remains at the nuclear power plant location. I know that is true of San Onofre in California. It's a serious consideration for the millions that live near a plant. Thank you
