His actions have resulted in the possible resurgence of ISIS, at the same time he's sending support to the Saudis who attacked us at 9/11. This kind of corruption and irresponsibility makes Bengazi look like a summer camp. Even repubs see this.

Since ISIS is the fundamental out working of Islam's goal to set up a Caliphate to rule the world, it's pretty much guaranteed that somewhere, somebody is going to try something at sometime, regardless. Until the ideology is addressed, they will keep coming back.
