Negotiations are good. Peace talks are good. They should continue. But I currently see no circumstances where a total US withdrawal or a political timeline can be justified. Let’s keep that in mind as we consider the next steps.
The US government has been at war all over the world since before WWII. The cry of “no more endless wars” is hardly reactionary. Or will Caesar's next campaign finally put down the barbarian tribes, and stop costing the citizens their blood and treasure?
Its been 70+ years, can we leave Europe yet?
