Our Colorado red flag law is a disaster. I think the solution is to start raising kids who are mature enough to handle the liberty that the Constitution protects. There is an uptick in insanity that I think can be traced back to cultural rot caused by Leftist, anti-God policies.

We ALREADY have due process for INVESTIGATING things. Stop attempting to ADD ONTO that. We do NOT live in a place where fascism is accepted, especially without SERIOUS backlash. Red Flag “laws” are NOT cool, we ALREADY HAVE DUE PROCESS. Cut the word games out.

Thank you for the explanation sir. I remain a skeptic. But will try to keep an open mind. The laws on the books that I have seen are terrible. Anything close to Maryland's law is an abomination. A engaged populace should always distrust government use and abuse of power

Maryland’s red flag “law” already cost one gun owner his life. His adult sister, who didn’t live with him, used it against him after an argument. After the police shot him dead while confiscating his guns, she told the media he was NOT a threat to anyone. Fat good that did.
