In disbelief at another tragic shooting. Tara and I are praying for the victims and their families. Thank you to the Dayton police who took out the coward who did this in one minute. Houston stands with El Paso and Dayton as their communities heal from these senseless tragedies.

Putting more restrictions on law abiding citizens is not the answer. Someone intent on shooting will find a way to get a gun.

Solutions ARE obvious. Background checks. Ban assault weapons, limit magazines. Talk to Mitch in the Senate — he’s sitting on legislation to improve background checks and he refuses to bring it up for a vote. YOUR party is blocking reform.

They aren't obvious, because the things you mentioned have been tried and have not prevented mass shootings.

With all due respect Sir, we are innocent until proven guilty in this country. Red flag laws are unconstitutional. We don't need more big brother spying on citizens. We need citizens to be responsible for caring for their fellow man. End soft target zones.
-
I agree 100% . No more soft targets and national carry.

Living and working in the Seattle area, it's so frustrating to hear people only argue about the guns as objects while failing to see the lack of criminal justice and mental health care for the violent people on our streets. The Left doesn't want a solution, just a scapegoat.
