Excuse me but "The Dems" didn't think up the stupid idea of putting tariffs on Mexico. Don't take the credit away from Trump. P.S. If the solution was easy, people would have solved it a long time ago.
Tariffs on Mexico won’t fix this immigration mess. Asylum reform will. Imagine a world where Dems actually wanted to secure the border, and we didn't use tariffs that could hurt our economy and our relationships. Let’s just do both of those things. Easy. Solved.

Address the issues causing them to flee. Meanwhile your constant whining about “the Dems” is getting old. Focus on your job, these tariffs will hurt Texas most.

Unfortunately, we cannot go into other countries and force them to do right by their citizens. Which would help fix the issues making them flee. Tariffs and restrictions are all we have.

Then do it! Trump is working with what he has. And deadbeat congress could fix this and then tariffs would not be needed. It’s disgusting that we can protect everyone’s borders but our own. They should send all the sick people and drugs to Nancy’s house!
