Aren't a good deal of deaths from street versions of drugs laced with deadly ingredients like fentanyl and heroin, much of which comes over the boarders or through ports?

Rep Crenshaw this is my sister, almost 10 years after this picture was taken my sister died from an overdose from Fentanyl laced Heroin. Her addiction started with pain killers prescribed to fight migraines, when they didn't work any longer she progressed to harder drugs.pic.twitter.com/fc2myhGtul
