Today I spoke with Beth Van Duyne, Regional Administrator of HUD for TX. I voiced our concerns & the dire need for HUD to approve mitigation funding. Great conversation. She assured me that HUD was determined to get us what we need in order to better prepare for the next storm.

That hurricane did not really happen, it's like global warming and the Holocaust. At least, that is what I was taught in GOP 101 class.
