Those might be fair criticisms. Maybe trump shouldn’t Ha e said Mexico would pay for it, maybe he should have already built the wallS but that doesn’t explain why, considering Mexico clearly isn’t going to directly pay for the wall, Congress shouldn’t pay for a wall NOW.
