    I just voted in favor of legislation to end the Trump shutdown. I urge my colleagues in the Senate to pass the legislation & for President Trump to sign it into law. The American people deserve to have their government back at work for them & federal employees deserve their pay.

  14. I applaud for forming a Select Committee on the Climate Crisis. This Committee must address climate change for what it is: a public health crisis, a matter of economic justice, and an existential threat. We must deliver real solutions, not piecemeal suggestions.
