As someone who has to procure insulin for my father, I don't know why its govt's job to be interfering with capitalism. By creating more competition within the suppliers would be more beneficial to pricing. Another bill that won't become law. Dont confuse efforts with results!
Lowering insulin costs shouldn't be a partisan issue and we must act.
