Judges should not make policy. This is judicial activism, the goal of Mitch McConnell. Why have elected representatives when partisan selectees make the laws. Protect Texas land, not one penny for the wall that is a government grab.
Ordinary folks should not fear they will lose their health care because of a partisan lawsuit.
