I'm not 100% positive but I'm thinking Congress can change the NCAA's tax status. Sounds like a good time to team up with a Missouri Congressman.

NCAA talks about upholding their rules established by the member institutions. What set of rules do they apply to North Carolina, Kansas, Arizona, LSU etc.? Not the same as ours! Fraudulent!
