The repeated injuries to our Constitution and democracy must be brought to an end. I'm fighting upstream, I've fought upstream my whole life, and I was proud to stand with my colleagues to introduce articles of against Donald Trump.

Inbox: Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09) announced today that he will not attend the State of the Union address by President Trump on Tuesday night, just as he has refrained from attending prior Trump State of the Union addresses and his inauguration.

A trial without witnesses and documents isn’t a trial. It’s a cover-up. If Senate Republicans vote to acquit without allowing testimony, it will be an admission that they’re afraid of the truth and Trump.

I will not attend the tomorrow. While I will always respect the office of the President, Trump demonstrates daily that he does not. I don’t believe he is worthy of the dignity and respect accorded to his predecessors.

All 51 and Collins too were shameless but when you say it was “inappropriate“ which in light means unconstitutional and illegal and you’re not running for reelection it is worse.

In denying the opportunity to hear from John Bolton, 51 Senators just blatantly broke their oath “to do impartial justice according to the Constitution and laws.” It’s a sad day for the United States Senate and the country.

Told & that will never get over the permanent stain of impeachment and that he will spend from now until November re-litigating the fight. I think the Senate Republicans' cover-up will end up being a mandate against them all in Nov.
