Thanks Chuy Garcia, honestly this is a straight punch of face for small Trucking companies like mine, would like to see you fighting to update obsolete rates on industry, I feel very ashamed of you representing my voice at congress!!!

Support that families from your pocket, sir. Not mine. How about a minimum rate for a load? How about supporting drivers too ?

I would absolutely vote against you if I lived in your district. People who cut off semis don't deserve money. I don't care if they can't afford medical bills. Don't cut off an 80,000 pound vehicle.

@repchueygarcia Obviously, your bill is narrowly focussed. Life Insurance and the government supports families who have lost loved ones. Truckers who pay taxes are already doing their part to contribute to that cause so let's focus on reality and the big picture ramifications.

How do you expect a small carrier to stay in business with increasing insurance premiums. You are going to force alot of small business owners to go out of business?

Then go after brokers and big companies that are stifling single truck owner/ operators with low rates or competition we can’t afford. Perhaps get into insurance companies that charge exuberant premiums @realDonaldTrump
