Glad you are following through on this. 40 years ago I filed a similar complaint at my then Arlington, Virginia post office... only then it was about the mistreatment of an elderly black customer. Things change, but in so many ways they stay the same.
Everyone who enters a post office deserves to be treated w/respect & fairness. I sent a letter to @USPS re: persistent reports of discrimination at the Pilsen post office. I look forward to meeting w/@USPS, union reps & community members so we can get to the bottom of this issue.pic.twitter.com/GYNNQpFSCG
