BREAKING: The House JUST PASSED my amendment to finally repeal the 2002 AUMF.
It's more urgent than ever for Congress to do its job and prevent the President from using military force without Congressional authorization. 
War should always be a last resort & never be used without permission from Congress. Today we make clear that the President has neither the federal funding nor the Congressional authorization to go to war w/Iran. Thanks to @RepBarbaraLee and @RepRoKhanna for their leadership.
