As my colleague @GerryConnolly said in an @OversightDems hearing yesterday, adding the citizenship question to the 2020 Census harms our democracy. If a citizenship question is added, we will start a movement to
#SkipTheQuestion. I will complete my census, but will skip the citizenship one. We CAN nullify it by refusing to answer. - 1 more reply
