Any specific plans on how to pay for all of this? Last one proposed by P0TUS failed to gain traction, while infrastructure is graded as D+ since 2o13. Your colleagues didn't want to raise taxes to pay for this last time around, but now $$$ gung ho for a wall. #Priorities
