Mujeres Latinas en Action is an extremely beneficial organization in the Community that works hand-in-hand with the victims and get them back on their feet, starting all over but mainly assisting on legalizing their documentation in order to stay in this country!!! 
Shelters in my district assisting domestic violence survivors, like Mujeres Latinas en Acción and Connections for Abused Women and Children, are losing resources because of the Trump shutdown.
