  Just for your information you have to be born and/or from The Dominican Republic, Haiti, Portugal, or Spain to be "Hispanic. " We are Latino, Spanish-Descent, or our Spanish country of origin. Don't be generationally confused by the 1980 U.S. Census. Thank-you.
