The OAWP was created to safeguard public servants who place their jobs on the line to expose wrongdoing & ensure that veterans receive the quality care they deserve. Today’s report from the @DeptVetAffairs OIG shows that OAWP is letting VA whistleblowers & our veterans down.
OAWP is failing to fulfill its critical mission by not effectively shielding whistleblowers from retaliation, holding high ranking VA officials accountable or implementing the necessary policies to conduct thorough, sound, and accurate investigations.
Our Committee will be holding a hearing with the VA next week to address these deeply troubling concerns and to discuss how the VA can better protect whistleblowers and, ultimately, improve care and services for our veterans.
You don't really give a rats ass about the veterans. They have been used & abused under the color of authority of USA branches of government. They have been used as #HumanGuineaPigs for profits of stakeholders in #intellectualproperty #medicaldevices medicine. #psyops
