The National Defense Authorization Act, which passed in the House today, provides our brave men and women who serve with the resources they need (including a deserved pay raise) and secures a strong national defense.

These critical measures include: allowing the EPA to regulate PFAS, creating a PFAS information clearinghouse, and banning the use of PFAS by the Department of Defense by 2025.
