Also, stop the chair's leaning toward autonomous cars and rideshare, Uber and Lyft dont make money and they're an excuse to drain funding from high capacity public transit that's affordable to everyone, while driverless cars wont help the fact that cities have limited streetspace

Driverless cars also only work when there's not terrible snow, rain, & fog. (Spouse has a heavy "driver assist" car now & she beeps whenever she can't see the lane markings. It's educational for the limits of "smart" car tech.)
