Build the wall, we can not afford any more delays!
Last night I voted to re-open the govt & fund it at levels agreed to by the GOP Sen. in December. A shutdown represents a catastrophic failure of our system. The American people & our federal workers deserve much better. Let's get back on track & work together to deliver results.

“A catastrophic failure of our system” I think these repeated government shutdowns show misuse of power by our elected officials. Negotiating a *budget* in good faith is a minimum *baseline* for performance. Using Americans as pawns in your power play is despicable.

@auntieblazr: just pointing out that Mr. Chris Pappas of NH has only been on the job for about three days. He is part of NH's 100% Democrat delegation. He has played no part in past shutdowns. There is nothing despicable in his actions or intentions. Enjoy your day.
