  1. I'm pleased to see the Niagara County Legislature adopted a resolution urging NY to devote all funding collected through 9-1-1 fees to emergency dispatch centers. hasn’t provided any answers & these systems need to be improved for public safety

  2. ICYMI: FCC joined me in Western New York last month and we called on to stop diverting fees collected on phone bills that are meant to improve 9-1-1 systems to the general fund. This practice needs to end and we must know where this money is going.
