    . reports a record 49% of businesses reported job openings they cannot fill. Small businesses are struggling to come back from lockdowns, and government continues to strangle them by paying people more not to work. It’s long past time to end the insanity.

    Our monthly report out today shows a record high reading of 49% of owners who reported job openings they could not fill in July. Unfilled job openings have remained far above the 48-year historical average of 22%. Read more here:
