We need the same level of concern for the employees put out of work as the employers. Let's not forget, this is a two way street.
The relief package moving through Congress this week might end up better remembered for how many restaurants it puts out of business than for the money it added to save them.

The only thing the PPP does for employers: pays rent and utilities. The rest MUST go to employees pay/retirement, PTO. it’s all reduced by % if you don’t have as many employees as u did before February. It would have been better used as employees wages etc AFTER we opened

Liquor stores, lottery tickets and cigarettes ... all essential for the state. Gotta keep those (sin) taxes coming in. Restaurants, dog grooming ... not enough taxes coming in.

Restaurants can apply for other emergency SBA programs at low or no interest rate and not participate in PPP. It’s up to them!!
