Should President Trump be compelled to continue to approve strikes against Iran and/or its proxies, Congress should act to give our military a clear mission with clear authority against a foe engaged in intensified hostilities.
In business we call that identifying what "done" means before you start the work. I know that is a gross oversimplification of something like this, but time and time again we operate in a theater of war w/o any real idea of what "done" really looks like.
